1. Service
WorkerProof is an AI tool that assesses candidate CVs against published trade standards, for staffing professionals (B2B).
2. No official certification
Scores are an independent AI assessment based on the submitted CV. They are not an official qualification, certificate or legal advice. Verify original documents before hiring; for regulated professions check recognition with the competent authority.
3. Accounts & fair use
One organisation per workspace; keep credentials safe. Analysis quotas per your plan. Abuse (reselling analyses, scraping, unlawful data) may lead to suspension.
4. Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe and renew automatically; cancel anytime via the billing portal, effective at period end. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Divil d.o.o. is liable only for intent and gross negligence; total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.
6. Law & venue
Slovenian law applies; venue is Maribor, Slovenia. Mandatory consumer rules remain unaffected (service is B2B).
