What is it?

EN 12810 covers prefabricated façade scaffolds, EN 12811 working scaffolds in general (loads, dimensions, safety). In Germany the technical rule TRBS 2121 additionally governs protection against falls — the market's de-facto entry requirement.

What evidence should a candidate have?

Work-at-height certificate, scaffold-erection training, named system experience (Layher, PERI UP…), medical fitness for heights; German references mentioning TRBS practice are gold.
